We're Craig and Carla, the people behind C&C Martin Farms of Pumpkin Center, LLC. Our nursery is taking shape right here in Tangipahoa Parish, where we grow, learn, and live with the same conditions our customers do.
We garden in the South Louisiana region where Encore Azaleas were developed, less than ten miles from Loranger. That local heritage makes these plants especially meaningful to us. Our own experience growing in this heat, humidity, and rainfall shapes the practical advice we share with our customers.
We know a plant can look beautiful in a photograph and still be wrong for a particular spot. That's why our approach starts with questions: How much sun does it get? Does water sit after a hard rain? How much room is really available?
We want to help you choose well, plant thoughtfully, and feel more confident in your own landscape.

Our focus is South Louisiana: its long growing season, intense summer afternoons, heavy rain, and occasional hard freezes. We select plants with these realities in mind and share practical growing notes along the way.
